Beaver Street/Chilson Park/Beaver Pond

9v9, 11v11 Travel – field turf

450 Beaver Street, Franklin, MA 02038

Parking is available. Beach onsite for swimming when lifeguard is present.
To keep the field turf in good shape, please note that the Town of Franklin has special rules for those using this field:

• Only Waterbottles or sports drinks in plastic containers allowed inside fenced area.
• NO FOOD, GUM, CANDY, or DRINK (except water or sports drinks)
• No chairs on the turf (please keep them on the pavement)
• No alcohol products.
• No tobacco products.
• No bicycles, scooters or skateboards.
• No animals allowed except for service dogs.

Directions:
From I-495 Northbound (from I-95):
Take Exit 43. Left at top of exit.
Left at second traffic light onto Grove Street (at traffic light).
Take first left onto Beaver Street.
Park entrance is on right.

From I-495 Southbound (from I90/Mass Pike):
Take Exit 43. Right turn at top of exit.
Immediate left onto Grove Street (at traffic light).
Take first left onto Beaver Street.
Park entrance is on right.

Parking is available. NO PARKING on Lincoln Street. – You will be ticketed and/or towed!

Directions:
I-495S to exit 17 Left onto Rte 140 (Right if coming I-495 Northbound)
Left at third traffic light (onto Beaver Street)
Left at SECOND traffic light (just past St. Mary\’s Church)onto Main Street
Continue on road, putting you onto Lincoln Street at Brick School (one-room schoolhouse)
Stay on Lincoln Street (2.25 miles) – Dacey Field will be on the left.

Dean College – Longley Field

One of the fields used for the FYSA Soccerfest Tournament.

Directions:
From I-495 Northbound (from I-95):
Take Exit 43 Rte 140. Turn right, proceeding to the third light. Bear left at the Y onto Beaver Street.
Go to the second light, turn left onto Main St. beyond St. Mary\’s Church. Go approx. ¼ mile, bearing left at the Y onto Maple St. Dean College Longley Field is up on the right.
From I-495 Southbound (from I-90/Mass Pike): Take Exit 43 Rte 140. Turn left, proceeding to the third light. Follow directions above.

Right off exit (take a Left if coming 495N) onto King Street

First right into Industrial Park

Directions:
From I-495 Northbound (from I-95):
Take Exit 43. Right turn at top of exit.
Take first left at traffic light opposite Stop&Shop.
Take right at next traffic light onto Oak Street.
PASS FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL ENTRANCE!
Take right into Horace Mann Middle School.
Field is behind Horace Mann Middle School Parking Lot.

Directions:
From I-495 Northbound (from I-95):
Take Exit 43. Right turn at top of exit.
Take left at traffic light onto Panther Way.
Enter Franklin High School parking lot at the front of the school.

Instructional Division

Use the right side parking lot nearest entrance. NO PARKING on Lincoln Street.

Directions:
I-495S to exit 17 Left onto Rte 140 (Right if coming I-495 Northbound)
Left at third traffic light (onto Beaver Street)
Left at SECOND traffic light (just past St. Mary\’s Church) onto Main Street
Continue on road, putting you onto Lincoln Street at Brick School (one-room schoolhouse)
Stay on Lincoln Street (1.5 miles) – Keller-Sullivan School will be on the left.

King Street

Snack bar and restroom facilities available on site.

Directions:
From I-495 Northbound (from I-95): Take Exit 41 King St. Turn left go approx. ½ mile, turning left into King Street Memorial Park.

From I-495 Southbound (from I-90/Mass Pike): Take Exit 41 King St. Turn right go approx. ½ mile, turning left into King Street Memorial Park.
Additional parking is available on Emilio Dr. – on the right just beyond the entrance. Also, Kingswood Dr., the next left just beyond the park entrance. Please do NOT park on neighborhood lawns. NO PARKING on King St. or Forest St. – You will be ticketed and/or towed!

Meadowlark Lane

This is a residential street with many young children. Please drive carefully and be considerate of those who live nearby.

Directions:
From I-495 Southbound (from I90/Mass Pike):
Take Exit 41. Left off exit ramp onto King Street.
From I-495 Northbound (from I95):
Take Exit 41. Right off exit ramp onto King Street.
Straight through lights at Joe\’s American Bar & Grille
Straight through lights onto Chestnut Street at intersection of Route 140 (Franklin Ford)
Travel 1.6 miles to Acorn Place (on right after bridge over RR tracks)
Note: you will pass Acorn Place before the bridge, but stay on Chestnut Street and take the 2nd Acorn Place.
Go under single-lane RR trestle
First left on Meadowlark Lane.
Field is end of street on left.
