Awards, Scholarships, and Trophies
The McClay Scholarship
The Association will award a sum of $1000.00 in scholarship to a graduating male student who has contributed to the Association. This award is to be presented to be applied to the second semester of the student’s attendance at college.
The King Memorial Award Scholarship
The Association will award a sum of $1000.00 in scholarship to a graduating female student who has contributed to the Association.This award is to be presented to be applied to the second semester of the student’s attendance at college.
The Al Strange Memorial Trophy
This trophy will be awarded each fall season to the sponsor of the Senior Boys In-House Division League Champions. The trophy will be inscribed stating the year and sponsor's (same as team) name. The sponsor will hold the trophy for a period of one year.
The Francis Parchesky Memorial Trophy
This trophy will be awarded each fall season to the sponsor of the Girls In-House Division League Champions. The trophy will be inscribed stating the year and sponsor's (same as team) name. The sponsor will hold the trophy for a period of one year.
Division Awards
Instructional Division
Participation trophies (or suitable substitute awards) will be given to all participants.
In-House Divisions
- At the conclusion of the spring and fall seasons each member of the team (including the coach and sponsor) winning the Cup playoff in the senior divisions will receive a trophy.
- Trophies will be awarded at the conclusion of playoff competition.
- The runner-up team in the Cup playoffs will receive a small trophy
State Championship Jackets
The Board shall approve a 100% payment (when adequate funds are available) for jackets when any team in the Association's Travel Division becomes state champions. This award is to include team players and coaches. A team representative is responsible to check prices with at least three vendors and bring estimates before the Board for final approval.
